Ground industrial control is developed under PC Windows 2000 system, industrial configuration software programming, menu options, simple operation.
The intelligent computer of the underground scale body also has the function of line break metering protection to ensure that in the case of power failure or communication interruption of the host system, each scale in the scale break part is a self-contained system and automatically accumulates.
An independent intelligent computer has been added to the underground scale body, which makes it possible for multiple types of scale body signals to be transmitted by only one pair of telephone lines without any converter. The control can reach 35KM, ensuring the authenticity of data transmission.
The underground belt weigher shall be operated in the ground control room for yield detection, parameter setting, scale, etc. It is unnecessary to open the explosion-proof shell of the instrument in the underground and operate against rules.
