1. Check whether the metering idler falls out of the slot, whether the metering idler bearing falls, whether there are sundries on the metering idler, and whether the movable frame moves freely. Clean the inclusions in time.
2. Check whether the sensor suspension is normal, whether there are sundries, and whether the wiring is intact.
3. Check the thickness of the material layer on the belt scale, which shall not exceed the skirt of the belt, otherwise the feeding ram shall be adjusted.
4. Check whether the baffle of high-precision electronic belt scale is damaged, whether there is material leakage, whether there is material inside the annular belt, whether there is damage, and whether the belt is deflected. Observe the tightness and deviation of the belt weigher, and adjust it through the tail adjusting screw. Timely clean the leakage.
5. Check whether the load sensor is obviously deformed and whether the bellows is stuck by foreign matters.
6. Check whether the motor and reducer have high temperature, abnormal noise and lack of oil. Calibration method of speed regulating belt weigher Preparations before calibration of speed regulating scale: the main purpose is to ensure the accuracy of zero point and guarantee the calibration of K value. Note that the smaller the change value of static analog quantity, the better. The purpose of zero measurement is to obtain an accurate and reliable reference point. Only when the reference point (zero point) is accurate can the calibration be guaranteed, otherwise the accuracy of calibration cannot be determined, and all work becomes futile. 1. Close the belt scale rod valve and empty the materials on the belt scale. 2. Adjust the belt scale to manual blanking, and the frequency is about 10HZ. Generally, the frequency is basically the same as that in normal use. 3. Press F3 to move the cursor to the zero point of the calibrated circuit, and press Z to measure zero. 4. After zero measurement, move the cursor to K value and press F5 for calibration. Then place the 20Kg weight on the belt scale and let it fall naturally with the operation of the belt scale. Then place several sides of the weight and wait for it to fall naturally. Determine the cumulative quantity and observe the flow. It is generally required to put 50-100Kg. The larger the value, the more accurate the scale is. Note: The weights shall be placed in a light and accurate position (usually at the position of the blanking opening), and shall not impact the belt. They shall be placed one by one, and shall not be stacked in a pile. 5. After the weight falls, stop the operation of the scale, press the Enter key, and enter the number "actual weight of weight placed", then press the Enter key, and the parameter (K value) will be automatically adjusted (automatically modified). 6. If the error between the accumulated flow and the actual weight is small, the calibration is completed. Otherwise, repeat the calibration until the standard is reached.
