1. The rack is inspected and found to be free of external force collision and deformation, well welded and free of rust.
2. The belt shall be free of large area rubber, aging and fracture.
3. The parts of each cleaner and backstop are intact, safe and effective.
4. The bearings of each drum and idler group are intact and can rotate flexibly. After repair and cleaning, add enough grease.
5. The tensioning device shall be flexible and effective, and grease shall be added after repair.
6. The reducer shall be in good condition, all bearings shall meet the technical requirements, gears and couplings shall be in good condition and meet the installation technical requirements, new oil in the box shall be replaced as required, and there shall be no oil leakage at the junction surface of each shaft seal and box.
7. The blanking opening baffle shall be flexible and effective.
8. Bolts at all parts of the machine body shall be firm and tight.
9. After maintenance, the coal feeder shall operate stably without impact and friction sound, and the belt tightening force shall be moderate without deviation and slipping.
10. The overhauled coal feeder shall also be tested for the electric control part and calibrated for the weighing part.
