As a kind of equipment for conveying materials, the belt coal feeder plays an important role in many industries, among which the belt is one of the important accessories of the belt coal feeder. The belt of the belt coal feeder also has certain problems in use. Today we want to talk about how to prevent the belt of the belt coal feeder from catching fire.
1. The coal feeder has been cut off for a long time after the raw coal bunker is covered with coal. The corresponding coal feeder should be stopped, and the maintenance personnel should be contacted to check the cause of coal cut off. If it is necessary to cut off the seal air for maintenance, the temperature of the coal feeder must be confirmed not to exceed 80C, otherwise the lower ram of the coal feeder must be compacted (to prevent the belt from catching fire due to the reverse channeling of high-temperature flue gas), and the local maintenance personnel should pay attention to the temperature of the lower plugboard area of the coal feeder, In case of overtemperature and fire, timely handle them.
2. Patrol inspection of coal poke at the operation site of the coal feeder shall be strengthened. When it is found that the coal poke hole returns powder, the coal feeder shall be stopped in time, and the lower ram shall be confirmed to be closed tightly, and the coal poke hole shall be closed tightly. If the air return phenomenon still exists after the lower ram of the coal feeder is in place, the operation shall keep the seal air valve of the coal feeder fully open to cool the coal feeder interior and seal pulverized coal.
3. During the operation and shutdown of the coal feeder, the operating personnel shall strengthen the monitoring of the overtemperature signal of the coal feeder, and deal with any abnormality found in a timely manner.
4. When the coal feeder is started, the seal air must be put into operation and confirmed to be normal before starting. When the coal feeder is stopped, the seal air shall be closed finally to prevent the hot air from flowing back in series.
5. If a fire is found inside the coal feeder, stop the operation of the coal feeder immediately, then open the manhole of the coal feeder on fire, and put out the fire quickly with the fire water. At this time, pay attention to that the outlet valve and the seal air valve of the coal feeder must be fully closed to prevent the hot air from returning and injuring people.
6. If it is found that the coal chute of the coal feeder is frequently blocked, the operator shall closely monitor the coal spreading air volume of the coal feeder during the monitoring. If the air volume of the coal spreading air continues to decrease by 3kNm3/h, it can be basically determined that the coal is blocked in the coal chute of the coal feeder. After the on-site inspection and confirmation, the coal feeder shall be stopped immediately, the electric valve at the inlet of the coal feeder shall be closed, the coal spreading air valve shall be opened to 80%, and the maintenance personnel shall be notified in a timely manner to clear the coal chute of the coal feeder, During the treatment, the monitoring of the coal feeder belt shall be strengthened. If the accumulated coal in the coal chute ignites spontaneously, the shift chief operator shall be reported immediately to use fire water to cool the coal feeder coal chute to prevent the coal feeder belt from burning.
7. Strengthen the on-site inspection of the coal feeder. In case of deviation of the coal feeder belt or coal blockage or interruption of the coal feeder, timely contact the operator to stop the operation.
