With the continuous development of the mechanical industry, the application scope and field are also more and more extensive, especially the high-precision electronic belt weigher, which has high technology content, high measurement accuracy and good stability, has been widely welcomed by users. Next, the small editor of the belt weigher manufacturer will briefly introduce the installation procedures of the electronic belt weigher as follows:
1. Before installation, first check whether the packing list is consistent with the actual items, whether the model is consistent, and whether all parts are damaged during transportation. If there is a lack of belt scale accessories or parts are damaged, contact the sales department in time to avoid delaying the installation process.
2. First, select the place on the conveyor where the belt tension changes the least. Generally, it is near the head in the middle of the belt, but other factors should also be considered comprehensively. For example, there should be at least two idler distances from the deflection rectifying idler and at least three idler distances from the blanking opening and blanking opening. At the same time, the deflection of the conveyor shall be comprehensively considered, and the place with the minimum deflection shall be selected; otherwise, the conveyor shall be reinforced.
3. After measuring that the inner diameter of the conveyor is consistent with the size of the belt scale, the conveyor idler in the weighing frame area can be removed, and the weighing frame can be directly placed on the conveyor. Care should be taken during this process to prevent the weighing frame from deformation.
4. Weld the conveyor idler onto the scale frame, and make sure that the idler is on the centerline.
5. Alignment calibration. The alignment calibration has a great impact on the accuracy of the belt scale, so this step should be very strict. First, ensure that the idler in the weighing area and the idler outside the weighing area are in the same straight line with the conveyor longitudinal beam, otherwise the idler should be adjusted.
Then, the height of the idler in the weighing area shall be raised so that the height of the idler in the weighing area is on a plane parallel to the longitudinal beam of the conveyor and 1-2mm higher than the idler outside the weighing area. Otherwise, adjust the idler height outside the weighing area of the belt scale.
6. The speed measuring roller shall be installed on the upper or lower surface of the lower belt at a place where it is not easy to slip. It shall be installed close to the belt to prevent slipping. The center line of the roller shall be vertical to the longitudinal beam of the conveyor to avoid belt deviation.
7. Connect the speed measuring soft link with the roller, and fix it on the longitudinal beam of the conveyor with the anti rotation arm.
Of course, during the installation of the electronic belt scale, there are also some precautions that need our attention. First of all, after the sensor is installed, do not weld on the scale frame to avoid damaging the sensor. Secondly, after the installation of the weighing frame, the personnel shall not walk on the conveyor to prevent the sensor from being damaged due to overload.
