There are generally three calibration methods for electronic belt weigher: physical calibration, chain calibration and hanging calibration. Today, the manufacturer of the belt weigher will give you a brief description of the specific calibration method of the electronic belt weigher.
Physical calibration: prepare materials with standard weight, and the weight of the materials shall not be less than 2% of the scale capacity. After starting the belt and setting the zero point, operate the instrument and pass the materials with standard weight from the scale body, and the materials must be discharged within the test cycle. If the error exceeds the standard, check whether the mechanical part of the scale body and the coal conveying system are normal, find out the reasons affecting the accuracy, eliminate them, and calibrate again; If the error is within the allowable range, record the calibration result and interval value, and the belt scale can be put into use.
Chain code calibration:
(1) Each chain code has specifications, and the unit is kg/m. Chain code calibration constant=chain code weight × N × L;
(2) Fix the chain code, which requires the chain code to cover all idlers between+1 and - 1 (including+1 and - 1 idlers);
(3) Open the belt and observe the chain code operation to ensure that the chain code is in a straight line;
(4) Operate the instrument for calibration, calibrate it three times continuously after reaching the allowable error range, observe its repeatability, and record the calibration results and interval values;
(5) Remove the chain code and put it into use.
Hanging code calibration:
(1) Determination of hanging position
The weighing weight of single idler is hung on the weighing idler; The weighing weight of the double idler is hung in the middle of the two weighing idlers; The weighing weights of the four idlers are respectively hung in the middle of the two weighing idlers on the main and auxiliary weighing frames; The weighing weights of the fully suspended four idler scales can be hung uniformly, or they can be hung evenly on each weighing idler.
(2) Select the instrument calibration mode as hanging code
Input the weight of hanging weights, check whether the calibration constant is correct, and hang the weights properly; Operate the instrument to calibrate the range, and record the range value after calibration.
(3) Remove the weight and put it into use
As an intelligent weighing and measuring instrument with continuous accumulation, the electronic belt scale needs to maintain stable accuracy during use, so the calibration of the electronic belt scale is essential.
