Roller code verification is a verification method that simulates the characteristics of material transportation with the synchronous operation of the belt. Through strict process control, it is ensured that the specifications of the whole chain (generally 7.8m) per meter meet the national standards.
advantage:
a. The precision is high when using, and the material conveying can be simulated.
b. The cost is lower than that of physical verification.
c. It can be used independently or in combination with various mechanical devices.
d. Small size, small space occupation.
Disadvantages:
The requirements for material and manufacturing process are high, otherwise the belt will be worn.
Applicable places:
It is suitable for places that are not suitable for installing automatic calibration devices in space.
4. Physical verification
Physical verification refers to the method of weighing materials that actually pass through the electronic belt scale and comparing the value obtained with the accumulated value of the electronic belt scale. The materials can be weighed before passing the electronic belt scale, or after passing the electronic belt scale, that is, before weighing and after weighing.
advantage:
a. The material is directly used for calibration, and the calibration accuracy is high.
b. It is intuitive and easy for customers to understand.
Disadvantages:
a. When no special facilities are used for physical verification, the workload is heavy and the time consumption is long
b. According to the national identification regulations for belt weighers, the material quantity calibrated by the belt weigher each time is 2~4% of the large flow. If the large flow is 1000t/h, the nominal material is 20~40t. It can be seen that the amount of labor involved in handling materials is huge, which is not conducive to operation.
Applicable places:
It is suitable for high precision and ideal field environment. For example, this method can be selected when it can be used with various conveying devices.
