Fault phenomenon of belt coal feeder:
(1) The belt of the coal feeder is jammed and the coal feeder jumps.
(2) The drive motor and reducer of the coal feeder have large vibration.
(3) The bearing of coal feeder has abnormal sound.
(4) The belt of coal feeder is damaged.
(5) The connecting pin of the cleaning chain is seriously worn.
(6) The cleaning motor is damaged.
(7) Coal feeder is blocked.
(8) Instrument and frequency converter fault
Cause analysis of belt coal feeder:
(1) The raw coal hopper is equipped with block coal, wood and wear-resistant ceramic brick jamming coal feeder.
(2) The buffer pin on the drive drum of the coal feeder is loose.
(3) Irregular oil replenishment of the bearing causes damage to the bearing powder feeding.
(4) The belt of coal feeder is worn after long operation.
(5) The sweeping chain extends and wears the connecting pin.
(6) Clean the motor frame, and the seal is damaged.
(7) Coal blockage at the inlet (coal hopper), shell, outlet, etc. When the shell and coal blockage are serious, the shell of the coal feeder will be filled with pulverized coal, making the belt of the coal feeder easy to deviate, the bearing damaged, unable to operate normally, or even shut down
(8) The fault of the instrument is mainly the current circuit board problem. The performance is that the remote controller cannot be set, there is no feedback flow or the converter cannot be controlled.
