How to debug the belt scale? Follow the small knitting of the belt scale manufacturer.
① First, adjust the belt tension appropriately. Turn the nuts of the tensioning devices on both sides through the ruler on the automatic tensioning device to gradually tighten the belt. When the upper edge of the ruler reaches the horizontal diagonal position of the '◇' shaped observation hole, the tension is moderate. Adjust the belt deviation.
② Adjust the force mechanism of the sensor. Wipe the bottom of the load-bearing screw and the load-bearing steel ball with a soft cloth; Rotate the bearing screw downward to make the bottom contact with the steel ball well, and then tighten the locknut; After loosening the support protection screw, the weight of the weighing frame is added to the load sensor through the load bearing screw and steel ball. However, it should be noted that the gap between the overload protection screw under the sensor and the bottom of the sensor has been adjusted by the manufacturer, and it should not be adjusted randomly on site.
③ Adjust the height of the feed hopper outlet ram. In order to determine the thickness of the feeding layer of the belt weigher, the height of this ram can be adjusted to 2/3 for the first time. After normal production, block materials can be prevented from blocking.
④ Adjust the clearance between the belt and the rubber plate of the edge blocking device. The secondary clearance should be 1~2mm. If it is too large, the material will leak out. If it is too small, the measurement accuracy will be affected due to the additional force of the rubber plate. For the skirt belt, pay attention that the rubber plate cannot touch the skirt.
⑤ Adjust the pre pressure. By adjusting the weighing frame, the weighing sensor is subjected to the pre pressure, and the corresponding electrical signal is output as the tare weight to avoid the measurement error caused by the sensor not being stressed or having a negative value. The pre pressure is generally adjusted to 5%~10% of the full range of the sensor.
⑥ Check and adjust the speed signal. First, check whether the maximum value of the controller output speed signal when the frequency converter output is 50Hz is consistent with the theoretical calculation. If it is much lower, stop the machine and adjust it by manual turning. Turn the proximity switch to the tooth tip close to the speed measuring gear, then turn it back 2~3 times, and then lock the nut on the proximity switch. After the maximum speed value is correct, check the speed value when the frequency converter outputs 25Hz.
⑦ Tare weight measurement and tare removal. The tare measurement time shall be the time for the belt to run for the whole number of turns. The tare weight shall be measured at least three times, and the average value shall be put into the parameter unit to calculate the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow. The smaller the change of tare weight measured, the more stable the scale operation.
⑧ After calibration, carry out empty trial, and check whether the dynamic zero value stability and dynamic cumulative quantity of the belt weigher meet the requirements. When the belt is loaded for the first time, the belt blanking will be unstable. Modify the PID parameters if necessary. If there is any fluctuation after modification, check the pressure and speed signals, such as whether the signal cable layout is reasonable and whether there is interference; Whether the sensor cable connector is loose or not; Whether the speed sensor is fixed firmly.
