Handling method of belt coal feeder:
(1) Inform the coal handling professionals to strengthen the patrol inspection, and timely clean up the large coal, wood and other unqualified materials.
(2) Replace the drive cylinder buffer pin.
(3) Replace the bearing and shaft sleeve, and check whether the grease oil pipe is smooth.
(4) Regularly adjust the belt of the coal feeder to keep the tensioning drum in the middle position.
(5) Properly adjust the regulating plate of coal chute to reduce the buffer force of coal falling. Regularly adjust the length of the sweeping chain.
(6) Replace and clean the motor frame seal. Replace the severely worn belt.
(7) Contact the thermal personnel to calibrate the belt regularly.
Precautions for belt coal feeder:
(1) Regularly fill the bearing and reducer with lubricating oil and grease.
(2) Strengthen spot inspection, and deal with problems in a timely manner.
(3) Improve the maintenance training of employees and strictly control the quality of maintenance process.
(4) The sealing fan shall be comprehensively and carefully inspected by temporary repair and minor repair.
