Electronic belt weigher is a transportation equipment in material transportation. It has the advantages of high accuracy, simple operation and automatic operation. Therefore, the electronic belt weigher is often used in many industries, such as metallurgy, coal mine transportation, food transportation, etc. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the electronic belt scale, it is necessary to make adjustments in the use, mainly from the following seven aspects. Follow the small knitting of the belt scale manufacturer.
1、 Load cell
Select a weighing sensor with good linearity, and apply pre pressure to make the sensor work in the linear area.
2、 Speed sensor
The sensor without edge effect is selected as the speed sensor. The photoelectric sensor is better and can prevent interference.
3、 Scale frame
The scale frame of the electronic belt scale shall be selected as long as possible, stable and with linear force transmission. The scale frame shall be leveled as much as possible during installation, and shall be cleaned frequently during use, so as not to affect the change of tare weight due to ash collection.
4、 Idler
The idlers with flexible rotation and small runout shall be selected as far as possible, and each group of idlers shall be as uniform as possible.
5、 Belt
The belt thickness and width of the electronic belt scale shall be as uniform as possible, and the metal joint shall not be used as far as possible to reduce the change of tare weight.
6、 Signal line
Shielded cables shall be used for the signal lines of the weighing sensor and speed sensor of the electronic belt scale to reduce interference.
7、 Secondary instrument
The electronic belt scale instrument shall be LED display or glow tube display instrument, because the LCD display brightness is not good and there will be problems when the temperature is too low.
